- 1 lb ziti or penne pasta
- 4 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups vegan mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 cup vegan ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh basil chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat Oven: Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook Pasta: Boil the pasta until al dente, according to package instructions; drain.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta with marinara sauce, half of the vegan mozzarella, vegan ricotta, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
