- 1 cup popcorn kernels
- ⅓ cup butter
- ⅔ cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
Pop the Corn: Pop the corn using an air popper and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.
Prepare the Coating: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla; cook until thick and bubbly.
Coat the Popcorn: Pour the mixture over the popped popcorn and stir until evenly coated.
