- 3 cups Corn Chex
- 3 cups Rice Chex
- 3 cups Wheat Chex
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1 cup pretzels
- 1 cup M&Ms
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat the Oven: Set to 275°F (135°C).
Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine Corn Chex, Rice Chex, Wheat Chex, mixed nuts, and pretzels in a large mixing bowl.
Prepare the Coating: In a saucepan, melt butter. Add brown sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil and then simmer until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Combine: Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until evenly coated.
Bake: Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
