Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs sirloin tip steak
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt, and rosemary. Add the steak and marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, in the refrigerator.
  • Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the Steak: Remove the steak from the marinade, letting excess drip off. Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer for desired doneness.
  • Rest the Steak: Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
