- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 16 oz cream cheese room temperature
- 2 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream cold
- 1 cup powdered sugar divided
- 16 Reese's peanut butter cups chopped
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup heavy cream for ganache
Prepare the crust: Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Make the filling: Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and ½ cup powdered sugar until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip 1 ½ cups heavy cream with ½ cup powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, then fold into the peanut butter mixture.
Assemble the pie: Spread half of the filling over the crust, sprinkle chopped Reese's cups, then top with the remaining filling. Chill for at least 6 hours.
Prepare the ganache: Heat ½ cup heavy cream and pour over chocolate chips. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Pour over the chilled pie.
Decorate: Add more chopped Reese's cups on top of the ganache if desired. Chill until set.
