- 1 pound ground beef lean
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 jar 16 ounces Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Cook the Ground Beef:
In a skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
Increase heat to medium-high and add ground beef.
Cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper.
If using, add broccoli in the last 5 minutes of cooking.
Combine and Serve:
Reduce heat to low and stir in Alfredo sauce until well combined and heated through.
Toss in the cooked pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
