Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp chili-garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Red chili flakes for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together chili-garlic sauce, chili oil, sriracha, vinegar, honey, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate Shrimp: Toss shrimp in the marinade. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Cook Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
  • Garnish and Serve: Brush shrimp with any remaining marinade, garnish with parsley and chili flakes
