Cuisine American
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 6 strips of thick-cut bacon
- 2 cups uncooked pasta (e.g., penne or rotini)
- 1 cup ranch dressin
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder

Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove and set aside on paper towels. Chop once cooled.
Prepare the Chicken: Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. In the same skillet, using the bacon grease, cook the chicken until golden and no longer pink.
Boil the Pasta: Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Create the Sauce: In the skillet with chicken, reduce heat to low and stir in ranch dressing and half of the cheese until melted and combined.
Combine and Serve: Add the cooked pasta and chopped bacon to the sauce, tossing to coat. Sprinkle remaining cheese and parsley for garnish.
