- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 slices American cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup sliced pickles
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 20 mini round tortilla chips
Mac Sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp sweet paprika
Prepare Mac Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients and refrigerate.
Cook Beef: Season beef with salt and pepper, form thin patties, and cook until browned.
Assemble Crunchwraps: On a tortilla, layer cheese, beef patty, Mac Sauce, onions, pickles, lettuce, tortilla chips, another beef patty, more Mac Sauce, and cheese.
Fold and Cook: Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center. Cook in a heated skillet, seam-side down, until golden.
