Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 slices American cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced pickles
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 20 mini round tortilla chips

Mac Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp sweet paprika

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Mac Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients and refrigerate.
  • Cook Beef: Season beef with salt and pepper, form thin patties, and cook until browned.
  • Assemble Crunchwraps: On a tortilla, layer cheese, beef patty, Mac Sauce, onions, pickles, lettuce, tortilla chips, another beef patty, more Mac Sauce, and cheese.
  • Fold and Cook: Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center. Cook in a heated skillet, seam-side down, until golden.
  • Serve: Enjoy hot with extra Mac Sauce.
